FAQ

  1. Can I sell my ticket or pass for a friend?

 

Yes, you can sell your tickets, or You can also give them to a friend, they will scan it once at the gate and no duplicates will be allowed.

 

 

2. Can I get a refund?

 

You can obtain a refund, making the request directly in the ticket office in which you bought your income. Currently our events work with puntoticket.

The refund request can be requested before the event, subsequent refunds will not be processed in case of:

* Not attending the event

* not arrive at the time of the event

* Weather issues that do not affect the full development of the event

* expulsion from the event

* dissatisfaction

 

puntoticket may offer discretionary credit or refunds for extenuating circumstances related to health or personal reasons. Supporting documentation such as a medical certificate may be requested. Credits or Refunds include only the value of the tickets.

In the unlikely event that one of our events is cancelled, the full value of the ticket(s) will be refunded.

3. What is the minimum age?

 

Our events are only for people over 18 years of age, with no exceptions or the option of attending with an adult as a companion.

 

4. I can't find my tickets

 

Simply log into your puntoticket account and check your tickets, otherwise please email puntoticket and they will be resent to you.

 

 

5. Photo and video recording

 

Our events are registered through the photographers and videographers hired or invited by our production company. We publish the photos of the events for dissemination and promotion purposes, on our website and instagram, as well as we publish videos on our social networks: YouTube, Instagram and TikTok. In case you do not want us to publish your photo, you can directly ask the photographers and/or videographers at the moment they want to capture your image, or after the event, by writing to our contact email: info@lemonlab.cl.

 

 

6. Conditions of entry

 

You may be refused entry to or removed from an event where there are reasonable grounds to do so, including if you breach these Terms and Conditions, are intoxicated, lack self-control, or adversely affect others' enjoyment of the event. You may not be allowed to enter the event. 

 

In accordance with the requirements of current legislation, the only acceptable forms of identification are:

* Personal identification (Chilean or foreign)

* Driver's license

* Passport

Any of these documents must have a photo and be current.

 

People causing a disturbance or refusing to comply with Security requests will be ejected from the event. Anyone who violates the conditions of entry inside or outside the event or any behavior that is considered anti-social will be denied entry and / or expelled from the site without refund.

7. Accessibility

 

We work with all of our locations to provide dedicated access and viewing for customers who require special assistance.
